Our structured Youth Employment programs give you the chance to gain real childcare experience, learn on the job, and grow in a supportive environment. You don’t need a degree or prior experience—just commitment, reliability, and a passion for working with children.
What You Can Expect

Be aged 14–21.
Have working papers if under 18.
Pass fingerprinting & background checks (per NY state requirements).
Be approved for participation in the Department of Labor Youth Employment Program.
Be reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about working with children.
Bonus: Interest in childcare, early education, or youth work is highly encouraged!
